This time of the year is the most frustrating for most gardeners. It's almost spring, it's ALMOST time to start digging and planting, but not yet. As the weather in the Northeast has taught me, you have to wait. If you plant your new seedlings to early a late frost will kill them. If you plant annuals to early a frost will kill them.
A few more weeks and we will be able to plant to our hearts content. We just have to be patient.
